Thinking of Levon’s “It was all bullshit” attitude toward this event, at least in later years, there is perhaps some vindication of RR’s pomposity in, at least, an isolated viewing experience as you’ve described, that even Levon might now acknowledge if he were here. This despite RR’s annoying “I expect history to be kind to me because I intend to write it” approach.
Yes, it would have all been much simpler if RR were just a talentless schmuck with a lot of energy and initiative to spare, wouldn't it? But in reality, he rises to the occasion much more frequently than we'd like him to. Like a talented, arrogant asshole student whose work you still have to rate highly, clenching your teeth, because attitude and achievements never correlate the way you'd like them to.
I sure like the sun! Pity, I can't physically like it 'cause it has no accounts on any of those social networks but, yeah, it does its job great. It should be remembered if only for making the dark side of the moon happen, even when mankind migrates to Earth-2.

That strikes well at Levon & RR’s creative tension, the likely source of why we’re still listening/viewing/discussing today.
Great review, however, even if it doesn't make any difference, it would be very helpful to know which exact band the review is about.
There is only one. Like the sun.
